Elena Jurado
Following on from the Foresight Moscow symposium in June, this paper argues that accepting Russia as an equal in international negotiations is a prerequisite for solving today's global challenges. Written by Policy Network's head of research Elena Jurado, it suggests that western engagement with Russia will ultimately serve to ensure that Russians see the value of multilateralism and therefore become more cooperative international players.
